3. AI & Machine Learning

Our AI features process your invoicing and expense data to provide personalized predictions, categorizations, and recommendations. This processing occurs on our secure servers. Your data is not used to train models for other customers — your business data stays private.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We store data on secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. We perform regular security audits and maintain strict access controls for our team.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Invoicely:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI model inference

Each provider processes only the minimum data necessary for their service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your data from your account settings. For deletion requests, contact us or use the account deletion feature.
